Mr. Rajiv Mehrotra
Founder Principal and Member Secretary

Alumni of IHM Lucknow, Science Graduate and Post Graduation in Tourism Management. Over 27 Years of experience in Hotels like Hyatt, Broadways Srinagar, Centaur, Asia and academics. He started his career in academics from IHM, Srinagar in 1985. Prior to Joining IHM Kurukshetra, he has highly successful tenure of 5 years as Principal of IHM Jaipur. He was In-charge of Food Production Department at CIHM, Chandigarh for 11 Years, before becoming the founder Principal of Food Craft Institute Ajmer in 1997. He was recipient of UNWTO Scholarship to undergo course in Advance Food Preparation Techniques under British Faculty in 1989. He has also done courses in Management of Training, Design of Training and Direct Trainers Skills developed by Thames Valley University, Slough, UK. He has also attended MDP at IIM-Bangalore, MDI-Gurgaon and ASCI-Hyderabad and taken study tour of Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. He was also a member of Delegation which visited France on the invitation of VATEL School of Hotel Management to discuss the MoU between VATEL and NCHMCT.

Mr. Anil Lakhera
Sr. Lecturer-cum-Sr. Instructor

Alumni of IHM GIHM Dehradun and also done Masters in Hotel Management. Mr. Lakhera has over 12 years experience in Industry and Academics. Prior to joining IHM, Kurukshetra he has worked with Hotel Imperial, Hotel Claridges, Old World Hospitality, Graphics Era University and Kukreja IHM, Dehradun.

Mr. Yogesh Singh
Lecturer-cum-Instructor

An alumnus of IHM Lucknow. Mr. Singh has also done Masters in Tourism Management and MBA in Hospitality Management. He has over 9 Years of experience in HRH Group of Hotels, Jaipur National University and IHM Jaipur. He is working in IHM, Kurukshetra since its inspection. He is also acting as Boys Hostel Warden.

Mr. Ashok Kumar
Lecturer-cum-Instructor

An alumnus of IHM Bhubneshwar, having more than 7 years of experience in Hotels like Jay Pee Group, Orchid, Intercontinental and P&O Cruise, he has also worked with Pvt. Institute of Hotel Management for a brief period before joining IHM, Kurukshetra.

Mr. Manoj Chaudhary
Lecturer-cum-Instructor

An Alumnus of IHM, Bangalore. Mr. Chaudhary has started
his career with Taj Group of Hotels as Trainee Chef and worked with Taj Hotels for 6 years. Prior to joining IHM, Kurukshetra, he was working with Carnival Cruise as Chef.

Mr. Ravindra Pandey
Assistant -Lecturer-cum Assistant Instructor

Mr. Ravindera Pandey has done Diploma in Hotel Management from GIHM Dehradun and MA in Tourism Management from IGNOU. Prior to joining IHM Kurukshetra, he has worked in various hotels and IHM Dehradun.

Mr. Ravi Kumar Singh

Graduate with Diploma in Hotel Management from BOTE (UP) Mr. Singh has also done Diploma in Information Technology from UPDESCO. Prior to joining IHM Kurukshetra he has worked with Oberoi Flight Kitchen, and Sky Chef.

Ms. Shweta Kumar
Asstt. Lecturer-cum-Asstt. Instructor

An alumnus of IHM, Jaipur. Ms. Shweta Kumar started her career with Taj Group of Hotels as Management Trainee. After successful completion of Management Trainee Programme, she was placed at Taj Mahal, New Delhi as Assistant Manager (House Keeping). During her tenure with Taj Group Hotels she was certified as Trainer. Ms. Kumar is also acting as Girls Hostel Warden.
